When do you deliver?


Our current delivery times are: 


Monday - Friday:    11:00 AM - 9:00 PM 


Saturday and Sunday:     12:00 PM - 9:00 PM

How much does it cost?


We charge a flat $3.99 delivery fee for your order and ask that you tip the mobile waiter.  We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express.  We do not accept cash because it puts our Mobile Waiters in harms way.  Since we do such a high volume of business, Mobile Waiters would have been carrying a great deal of cash.  We decided to keep services streamlined by accepting only credit cards.  Should you require more than one restaurant delivered then we will add an additional delivery fee for each restaurant.


Note:  All orders over $50 have an automatic 15% gratuity included for the Mobile Waiter that delivers your order.


How do I order?


This is a popular question.  We have gone to great lengths to provide a streamlined, easy to use system for our customers to effortless order from their favorite restaurants.  Placing an order is as easy as:


  1. Navigate to our order page.

  2. Select your zip code or log in with your account.

  3. Choose a restaurant from the left hand side of the screen.

  4. Select which items you would like delivered.

  5. Complete the checkout process.

  6. Receive warm restaurant quality food to the specified address.



Can I cancel an order?


Unfortunately, any orders placed for "immediate delivery" cannot be cancelled.  The only candidates for cancellation are advanced non-catering orders with a minimum of 2 hours prior notice.


What is a Mobile Waiter?


A Mobile Waiter is really a unique individual unlike anything in the delivery industry before.  These individuals are highly trained and professionally attired wait staff who bring your food from the restaurant to your doorstep.  They have been instilled with the knowledge and expertise to operate state of the art food quality preservation technologies.  Needless to say, our Mobile Waiters are truely a cut above the rest.



Do we really have to tip the Mobile Waiter?


Just as with any other delivery individual, our Mobile Waiters work off of tips.  Common courtesy suggests a 15% gratuity.  On any order over $50 there is an automatic 15% gratuity included.



Do you accept gift certificates?


Absolutely! We sell gift certificates that you can give to those special people in your life.  Redeeming these certificates is effortless through our order software.
